Super Food Smoothie

One of my favorite simple super food smoothies!

1) Frozen blueberries ( 1 cup).

2) One banana.

3) Kale and/or spinach (1 cup)

4) Two tablespoons of almond butter

5) Almond or coconut( just enough to assist blending)

6) 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Blend and enjoy!!
